Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at KIIT Souvenir Gallery. We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7 days return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please
ensure the following:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
  •  The product is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
    included.
  •  You provide the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, these include:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
  • Sale items (Items purchased during sale) are final sale and cannot be returned or
    refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Handicrafts/ Artistic items

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at souvenir.gallery@kiit.ac.in within the return window.
2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping: We will send you instructions for returning the item. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Inspect the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item (e.g., size or colour exchange), please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at souvenir.gallery@kiit.ac.in with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider. If the refund is still not showing, contact your card issuer or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is a damaged good.
  • Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is a damaged good.
